As a wellness industry leader, I've spent ten years working with the top retreat centers in the US plus global wellness leader, Six Senses.  Hundreds of workshops later, I'm certain that the inner journey is where it's at.

​ I have seen the migration of wellness from the closed circles of ashrams into every business sector and its evolution from a lifestyle to an industry. I am inspired by the possibility of creating a healthier world through the combination of ancient knowledge and practices and modern, evidence-based tools.

Whether rebuilding medieval ruins in Provence, getting yelled at by local shopkeepers while filming in Hong Kong or sheltering-in-place in the Berkshires, the road less traveled in myself has brought me the most adventure and epiphany.  

I've never met a transformational experience I didn't like. Friends have called me everything from a transformational concierge to the Dear Abby of Wellness.

I love being a guide for people seeking transformation whether that's connecting them with the perfect Ecuadorean shaman or sharing a practice perfectly designed to help them cut cords with toxic exes.  In a world full of modalities, finding the perfect one can make all the difference between being stuck for years or making quantum leaps.

Because I love transformation, I love disruptive technologies and ideas and I'm constantly seeking out the newest perspectives that can help us live better lives. You'll usually find me off the beaten path and I love sharing what I find there through articles, content campaigns, virtual summits and series, and in-person events. 

I also love helping experts and brands grow their businesses by using all the tools available to us  to help amplify good and important messages. 

Underneath this one umbrella of Insight Traveler, I explore the range of my interests as a writer and creator.
